Welcome! LAB SUNDAYS is where coffee turns into a Sunday adventure.

Every last Sunday of the month (with a little timing tweak if a holiday weekend gets in the way), we’ll host a rotating lineup of fun, hands-on workshops—tastings, brewing sessions, new coffee launches, espresso playtime, and cuppings. Whether you’re just getting into coffee or you’ve been nerding out for years, come hang out, learn something new, and meet more coffee people—our goal is to grow this into a friendly little community that shares the coffee journey together.

On September’s Lab Sundays, we’ll brew the same coffee using different pour‑over drippers and taste them side by side—so you can feel what changes in clarity, sweetness, body, aroma, and finish.
