Coffee Catering Service
Bring thoughtfully brewed specialty coffee to your meeting, event, office, or gathering with Moving Coffee Roastery’s Coffee Catering service.
Each order is prepared fresh using coffees from our Signature, Seasonal, or Prestige selections—featuring carefully sourced single-origin coffees roasted to highlight their distinctive flavour profiles. We batch brew each order shortly before delivery or pickup, so your guests can enjoy a consistently delicious, café-quality coffee experience without the need for espresso equipment or on-site bar service.

Coffee is served in insulated thermal dispensers designed to keep it warm for up to three hours. Thermoses are provided on a return basis and will be collected at the end of the day.

We recommend serving our coffee black to fully experience the clarity, sweetness, and origin character of each selection. Milk, cream, sweeteners, cups, and other service requirements can be arranged separately where available.

- Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance.
- Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to a rush surcharge.
